First Tee Greater Chicago is an organization committed to improving youth’s lives through golf. Their new Waveland Clubhouse provides a welcoming space to help participants cultivate strong character through play. Phase 1 of the project included the interior renovation of the historic park district building and outdoor terrace. Our team contributed to the effort with an illuminated monument sign, an impressive donor wall, and donor signage throughout the clubhouse.
